New Bearing
I  couldn't run the motor more than 3/4 speed before the shaft would start to vibrate real bad. So I added a block at the end of the sterntube. Helped a little, but very little. Then I added a second block with a 1" long piece of 3/16" tube set in epoxy as a bearing and it works fine now.		 FromAft
